Like all beef, grass-fed beef is a wholesome choice! Beef is a complete protein, providing key nutrients for health and fitness like iron, zinc and B vitamins. Grass-fed beef contains slightly more omega-3s than traditional beef, but it’s not a major source. Our grass-fed beef is healthy, nutritious and tastes great, too!
